Female Frontier Awards

Last week, I had the honor of being recognized at the inaugural Female Frontier Awards, which was a wonderful celebration of the strides the advertising and media industries have made when it comes to diversity and inclusivity—and a conversation about the work we still have left to do. At the event, Campaign US hosted an important panel discussion on how we can better lift up other women who don’t look like us. A killer piece of practical advice I took away from UM Worldwide's Deidre Smalls-Landau: "Who is your +1? Who can we bring to the next meeting or conference who is different from who we are?"
