What's wrong with being a likeable woman?

  

As the 2020 US presidential primary gets underway, we're seeing a record number of female candidates enter the race. But this historic moment is also reviving a heated (often sexist) debate about if women leaders are "likeable" enough. In my Forbes column this week, I wrote about why we need to change the conversation around likeability.
