new year

As the year winds down, I'm taking time to reflect back on an incredible 2018.

It began with the launch of my very first book, Work It: Secrets for Success from the Boldest Women in Business, which allowed me to share all of the lessons I've learned throughout my career, along with insights from a diverse group of impressive women.

Later, the book pivoted to video with the launch of my Facebook Watch show, where some fabulous women leaders got real about everything from career myths and networking to motherhood and the boys club.

On the latest season of the All the Social Ladies podcast, I got to talk to brilliant marketers from brands like Nickelodeon, Keds, Organic Valley, and Northwestern Mutual.

And in my Forbes column this year, I tackled important questions like: Should you disclose your pregnancy in a job interview? What does it take to be a great mentor? And can we really have it all?

I'm incredibly grateful for getting the opportunity to meet so many smart, inspiring women this year. Looking forward to sharing more women's stories and continuing the conversation around achieving success in work, leadership, and life (on our own terms) in the new year.

Have a wonderful holiday season! See you in 2019.
