Alexandra Tanguay, VP of Global Brand at Spotify

Everyone has a few things that they would have done differently in their career if they could. In one of my recent pieces for Forbes, I talked with Alexandra Tanguay, VP of Global Brand at Spotify, about her career path, a few of her "missteps," and why she wouldn't change a thing about the journey that got her to where she is now. She says: "I think experimentation is the best way forward. You're only going to get better if you do it and learn from it the first time. You have to recognize the one thing you like and the one thing that you would change about each step along the way and then work to find a place that provides all that for you. So don't be afraid to fail and don't beat yourself up."
