  • Facebook is introducing augmented reality ads to the News Feed. Launching with select brands, the new ads will allow users to test out products like accessories, cosmetics, and furniture before buying them through the app.
  • Twitter has converted some of its prime real estate into ad space. Advertisers can now place ads at the top of the Explore tab with the new Promoted Trend Spotlight Ads. This move is part of Twitter's efforts to give brands more takeover opportunities and visibility on its platform.
  • Instagram is rolling out its new questions sticker for Stories to all users. In addition to the emoji slider and regular polls, this tool gives brands yet another way to collect feedback and engage with their followers.
